We started SI Cyber because many business owners came to us after a hack that simple steps could have stopped. We wanted to give them protection before trouble, not only help after it.

SI Cyber is a digital brand powered by Shivah Web Tech, a web development and digital marketing agency with more than 11 years of work and 500+ projects for clients in India, USA, UK, Canada, UAE and Australia.

Over the years, many business owners came to us after their website was hacked. Most of these attacks could have been stopped with simple steps: updates, strong logins, backups and monitoring. SI Cyber was created to give small businesses this protection before trouble starts, and fast help when it does.

Today we look after business websites, online stores and the accounts around them. Our main services are website security, security audits, malware removal and security monitoring.

Our view is simple: security should be practical, honest and easy to understand. We focus on the few steps that stop most attacks, and we explain each one.

Because most website hacks come from how sites are built and looked after. A team that builds sites knows where the weak spots hide and how to fix them without breaking things.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST, with 24x7 emergency support for hacked or down websites.

We send GST invoices to clients in India. For urgent hacked-site cases, we can start work first and confirm the cost with you on the call.

We follow strict rules: defence only, written permission, minimum access and safe handling of your data.

• We ask only for the access we need, and suggest you change passwords after the work
• We do not copy or keep your customer data longer than the job needs
• We do not share your details or findings with anyone outside the project
• We tell you honestly if a problem is outside our skills and suggest the right specialist
• We never teach or help with attacks on other people's systems

If a serious incident affects personal data, we help you understand your duties and, for Indian businesses, point you to official guidance such as CERT-In.
